Because of this power, I am not that person anymore. But God has been teaching me baby steps... It's not a snap your fingers kind of process for all of us. In fact, I honestly don't believe God even wants that for me. He wants to walk with me through every single moment of healing.
Jesus once met someone like me. She was afraid to be honest around people. She hid from her shame.
Jesus isn't all about JOY alone... He knows that growth is hard. He knows that division between people is painful. He didn't die so that you could avoid the reality of our world and the souls lost within it. He died to give you a courageous life... so that you could be free in His love and show those who can't otherwise see Him that He is a reality.
